Spring Break:)
I went with my dad and he took me to eat dinner. So, after that he took me to my house and my mom had a surprise. it was a bracelet, 2 turtles, and a necklace. So i went to bed and the next morning me and my mom went to the pawn shop and got 1,000 dollars and we pawned some jewelry we got from Cindy's mom. Me and my mom and Cindy went to Venice Beach and saw a two-headed turtle. Last but not least, I fell fast asleep every night of spring break.

The Best Science Fair Of The Day
Today i looked at Brendan's project. His problem was witch one helps your hand be clean hand-sanitizer, raspberry soap, or ocean soap. The best one to help your hands is the hand-sanitizer. I was amased that the hand-sanitizer was better. I wished i made that Science Project. My mom would be so proud if i made that Science Project. So that was the day i went to the Science Fair. Mission Santa Cruz
Mission Santa Cruz was built on August 28,1791.After Father Serra died.In1794, the church was damaged by a flood and a violent storm. And it got damaged again by an earthquake. When i looked at the mission model built by Shirlaine from 4th grade i saw that the patio was next to the workshop .And it was very cool outside because they had a water fountain. It was kind of beige. And they had a big farm too. The next thing i looked at was the cemetery. The cross was so remarkable and shiny too. Lastly, my favorite part was that the grass was made from real plant roots.

Anne Sullivan
Today at the WAX MUSEUM the 7th Graders were dressed up as famous people. Apparently I thought they were real. And so I picked Anne Sullivn. She's a teacher of Helen Keller. Her brother's name is Jimmy Sullivan. So I really had fun at the wax museum. And that was my story about Anne Sullivan. So please write a comment.

What Ericka Learned
This week we read about the "Blind Men and the Elephant". It is very cool and funny. It is about six blind men that want to see the Elephant, but they're all blind. It's a legend. They all touch different parts of the animal, and they think the entire elephant is like that.
We're learning about time, length, temperature, weight, mass and capacity.
We also have accounts so we can buy toys, book covers and other stuff. We also read books (chapter books).
We make summary paragraphs with a title, the author's name, and our recommendation at the end.
We have Religion before snack time. If you want to bring your kids here to Annunciation Catholic School, they will have fun.
Sincerely,
Ericka
