Christmas Break

Dear Readers of Our Blog,
During my Christmas Break I went to the J. Paul Getty Center. I saw a lot of art and statues. My favorite statue was a handmade, 5,000 year old, strange carving made out of an elephants tusk. I also had lots of fun at the giant Korean Friendship Bell. I climbed up and played on the old buildings there. I had an awesome Christmas Break!

Sincerely,
Clarence

Christmas & New Years

Dear Readers of our Blog,
I went to Las Vegas for New Years to see my best cousins. Also I had some awesome apple cider for New Years. For Christmas Eve, I went to my great-grandmas to see her and Lenard. For Christmas, my mom came to my dad's and we opened our presents. Then I went to my Mom's to open the rest of my presents with my family. I had an amazing Christmas break.

Sincerely,
Dominic

Dear World,
My family, cousins and I went to the park. There were two girls and two boys . The girls' names were Kimberly and Emily and the boys' names were John and Alex were playing Star Wars: The Clone Wars. After that my cousins and I had to go home. So everyone started the engines of their cars while I stayed in my room playing Ds. It was an exciting break and I had lots of fun playing with my new presents from Santa.

Diego

Christmas

Dear Readers of our Blog,
I opened presents on Christmas morning and it was a dream come true. I opened presents Mimi's house and it was fun too. Christmas is about Santa Clause and Jesus' birth. There was a story that St. Nicholas gave every good person and child money and toys because he is a saint. I also got to go to my cousin's house and open presents there too. I had the best time ever.

Love,
Mia

The Birth of the Messiah

On the birth of the Messiah, Mary the mother of God and Joseph had a baby boy. That baby boy is the Messiah A.K.A. Jesus Christ our savior. We know his birthdate as December 25th. At the end of Jesus's life he saved us from our sins. That's what makes him important.

Jesus's Suffering and Death

Jesus is one of the best in this world and he died to take away our sins. After that he was laid in a tomb when he rose from the dead and lived again. We celebrate his resurrection from the dead on Good Friday. Jesus, you were dying and had suffered for taking away our sins. We are thankful O Lord.

Annunciation Catholic School Celebrates Advent!

Annunciation Catholic School is celebrating Advent. We are going to have it at the church. We are doing an Advent program. It will be at 7:30. We will do dancing, readings, singing and the Jesse Tree.

Rojoice the Lord has come

Jesus Christ was born on December 25 a little over 2000 years ago. His mother Mary and father was Joseph. Jesus was born in a stable in Bethlehem. Cows and sheep were in the stable too. The Three Kings brought gold, frankincense and myrrh.

The Lord is Born in Bethlehem

The new baby's name was Jesus and Mary and Joseph were his mother and father. The Lord was born on Christmas. We celebrate his birth on December 25. Mary was on a donkey and Joseph had to knock on every door until a man said, "Stay in that barn on the hill." Finally, Mary had her baby and he was our Savior.

The Lord has Come

The Lord has come! Jesus is the son of God. Jesus was born in Bethlehem about 2,000 years ago. Mary and Joseph raised Jesus. Jesus helped people who were sick. Easter is not about the Easter Bunny, its about Jesus rising from the dead.

The Lord is Born Now! Rejoice!

When the Lord, Jesus, was born everyone has rejoiced and everyone was happy. The lord Jesus was born in Bethlehem with Mary his mother and Joseph his father. When Jesus was an adult, he went to the temples to teach people about the Lord. Later when Jesus was 32, he had his last supper. Afterwards, Jesus died to forgive all our sins and later on he rose from the dead.

The Savior Has Come!

Mary got pregnant and gave birth to Jesus. Jesus was born in a stable in Bethlehem a little over 2,000 years ago. An angel said that God wants Mary to have baby and to name him Jesus. This is called the Annunciation. Jesus is our Savior because he died to forgive us from our sins.

Rejoice! The Lord has Come!

Jesus was born a little over 2,000 years ago Jesus parents were with Jesus when he was born. There was a angel and wizemen came after Jesus was born. They thought that he was the Messiah.

The Paul Republic

The Paul Republic
I would like to tell you about The Paul Republic. We have a red chicken on our flag because everyone likes to eat meat. Also there is a heart to stand for kindness and a brown cross to stand for trust in God. Red stands for freedom to vote and our right to worship. Brown stands for soil for planting plants. Green stands for grass because there are lots of fields where plants grow. Also the green background stands for big fields. The Paul Republic is a place where people can be free.

Dominic Country

Dominic Country
I would like to introduce you to the Dominic Country. The symbols on our flag are the cross for loving kindness, the circle to represent peace, and lines to represent an important person named David for our government. My colors on my flag are red, white, blue, and orange. Red stands for loving our country, blue stands for the river that leads to the lake. White stands for the peace of our people, and orange stands for the sun and the beautiful sunset. Dominic Country is kind, peaceful, quiet, and has good food and good drinks.
